Precision Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
Quantum Air Services is seeking a highly detail-oriented Precision Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage critical aviation components. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, excel at meticulous paperwork review, and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced industry. No aviation experience required—we provide specialized training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control & Compliance: Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring all required certifications and traceability documents are accurate and properly filed.
- Regulatory & Safety Standards: Follow strict aviation safety protocols, adhere to quality control manuals, and report compliance concerns.
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Maintain precise records of stock movements, track part histories, and ensure real-time data accuracy in inventory software.
- Packaging & Handling: Securely package and store aircraft parts according to regulatory and company standards.
- Shipping Coordination: Arrange and oversee expedited shipments, including international and HAZMAT deliveries, ensuring time-sensitive parts reach their destinations efficiently.
- Administrative & System Accuracy: Enter and update shipping, receiving, and repair transactions in industry-specific software (training provided). Ensure all related documentation is properly scanned and stored.
- Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with couriers, monitor open repair orders, and assist with weekly reporting to ensure smooth operations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A meticulous, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with documentation and ensuring accuracy.
- Someone with a structured and analytical mindset—problem solvers who can anticipate and prevent errors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new inventory systems.
- Prior logistics, auditing, or quality control experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
